These Terms govern your access to and use of Leadvyne, an AI-powered lead conversion platform operated by Aiingo ("we", "us"). By signing up or using Leadvyne, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for activity under your account and any team members you invite. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use Leadvyne only for lawful business communication with your own leads and customers.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates WhatsApp's, Meta's, or any connected channel's policies.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Add-ons such as WhatsApp credits are billed as used or purchased. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard's billing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Third-Party Channels

Leadvyne connects to third-party services (including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver its features. Your use of those channels is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their policies.

5. Data & Content

You retain ownership of your business data and conversations. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact and process data for the leads and customers you communicate with through Leadvyne. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

6. Termination

You may stop using Leadvyne and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse connected channels, or fail to pay applicable fees.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

Leadvyne is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Leadvyne after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
